Mr Abhaya Srisrimal Jain, is an industrialist and social educationist with more than 35 years of experience. A graduate in Chemical Engineering, Mr Abhaya focuses on creating innovative strategies to help in the growth and development of the company. His rise to fame as an eminent businessman was with the establishment of the Shasun Group. Mr Abhaya has always been an inspiration for the youth with his constant efforts towards encouraging social welfare and collective participation in many social, corporate, and commercial institutes.

Arjun Deshpande, one of the youngest entrepreneurs of India, seems to be inspired by his mother who is into an international pharma business. Arjun Deshpande, Founder and CEO of Generic Aadhaar, an innovative venture in the pharmaceutical industry has donated his 3 months’ salary to PM Cares Fund. He made this contribution to be a force multiplier in the fight against COVID-19.


Generic Aadhaar aims at providing affordable and quality medicines to every Indian, by aggregating the medical stores under one umbrella. The company procures medicines directly from WHO GMP approved facilities and makes these medicines accessible to everyone at Generic Aadhaar aggregated stores across India. This has helped the medical store owners who have to compete with online pharmacies and big medical malls.


Ambitious and dedicated, Arjun Deshpande founded Generic Aadhaar when he was just 16 years old. Generic Aadhaar revolutionized the way Indian Pharmaceutical Industry works. Hanmantrao R Gaikwad a.k.a. HR Gaikwad (born 21 October 1972) is an Indian entrepreneur and the Chairman and Managing Director of BVG India Limited, India’s largest integrated services company. Gaikwad was born in the village of Rahimatpur, Satara, Maharashtra. When he was in class six, his family shifted to Pune and lived in a tiny one room house. Despite the hardships, he secured 88% in class 10 and opted for a Diploma in Electronics from Government Polytechnic Pune. In the second year, he lost his father to a cardiac arrest. Gaikwad completed the diploma and went on to join the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology to study engineering, where he supported himself by working small jobs like taking tuition classes to painting houses and concreting pathways.
